Business Development Analyst AmeriQual Group in Evansville, IN is looking for a analytical, detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support new business opportunities. This role will help research customer needs, track potential projects, support bids and proposals, and organize information that helps the team make good business decisions. What You’ll Do • Research and track government, military, and emergency-response business opportunities., • Keep opportunity lists, customer information, competitor information, and bid history organized and up to date., • Help the team review new opportunities and decide which bids or proposals to pursue., • Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentations for leaders and team members., • Work with other departments to gather information needed for proposals, customer requests, and business updates., • Review sales, contract, and customer information to help identify new opportunities or areas for improvement., • Work with Business Development, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to complete work accurately and on time., • Help with other business development projects as needed. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Public Administration, or a related field preferred., • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business development, proposal support, government contracting, or a related role., • Experience with government, military, manufacturing, food, logistics, or similar businesses is a plus., • Strong research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., • Strong Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools, dashboards, CRM systems, ERP systems, or procurement websites is preferred., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • High attention to detail and strong follow-through., • Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment., • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and turn information into useful business recommendations. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to: Sit or stand for extended periods of time; Use a computer, keyboard, and mouse regularly; Lift and carry light items (commonly 10–20 lbs, such as files, laptops, or office supplies); Read, interpret, and respond to written and digital information (documents, screens, reports); Communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email; Have normal or corrected vision and hearing sufficient for typical office tasks; Maintain focus and perform repetitive tasks.
