What You'll Do • Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate their financial and legal needs, • Guide clients through the bankruptcy process with professionalism, empathy, and confidence, • Prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and supporting legal documents, • Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution, • Represent clients during court hearings and meetings with creditors, • Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies, • Maintain accurate case files and documentation, • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service Required • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school, • Licensed to practice law in Indiana, or eligible for Indiana licensure, • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, • Passion for client advocacy and professional service Preferred Experience in one or more of the following: • Bankruptcy Law, • Consumer Law, • Civil Litigation, • Family Law, • General Practice, • Creditor Rights Newly licensed attorneys with strong communication skills and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
