Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on various issues, including business litigation, intellectual property rights, patent law, trademark, copyright infringement, DTSA, PUTSA, and trade secret misappropriation., 2. Represent the company in court and manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal., 3. Develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their legal rights are protected and upheld., 4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents., 5. Handle employment litigation matters, including non-compete, non-solicitation, restrictive covenants, and other related issues., 6. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations., 7. Stay abreast of current trends, practices, and changes in law that might impact the company or clients. Job Details Qualifications 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in business litigation, IP, patent law, trademark, and copyright infringement., 3. Licensed to practice law in the state., 4. Strong knowledge of DTSA, PUTSA, trade secret misappropriation, and employment law., 5. Proven experience in employment litigation, non-compete, non-solicitation, and restrictive covenants., 6. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong ability to think strategically., 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills., 8. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality., 9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues., 10. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output., 11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment., 12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
