We’re seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our corporate office and provide foundational in-house legal and administrative support to our Legal team. This role focuses on contract coordination, document management, basic legal research, and legal support while working closely with Corporate Counsel and internal business partners. This is an in-office position based on the west side of Evansville, IN. • This position is primarily intended to be full-time; however, we are open to discussing part-time hours for the right candidate. What You’ll Do • Assist with preparation, processing, and tracking of standard contracts., • Maintain and organize contract files, forms, and document repositories (paper and electronic)., • Track contract statuses, expirations, and required follow-ups., • Assist with basic legal and regulatory research and summarize findings for internal use., • Assist with the management, auditing, maintenance, and updating of therapy and industrial forms and templates. Support Intellectual Property documentation and internal records., • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Operations teams on document requests and workflows., • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Legal Department as needed. What We’re Looking For • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (legal studies, business, or related field)., • 1–3 years of experience in a legal assistant, legal administrative, or similar support role., • Experience working with contracts, legal documents, or compliance-related materials preferred., • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort learning new systems and tools., • Exposure to legal research tools (LexisNexis or Westlaw) is a plus but not required., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and confidentiality., • Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and manage multiple deadlines., • Works independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
