Job DescriptionTruck Driver – Non-CDL Full-Time – Fife, WA Pay Range: $22.00–$27.50 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and location. Bonus opportunities and full benefits available Job Summary The Truck Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for safely delivering products, following DOT and company safety rules, and supporting warehouse and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with DOT, state, and federal regulations, • Maintain a valid driver’s license, medical card, and clean driving record, • Load, secure, deliver, and unload products safely, • Complete delivery logs, inspection reports, and required paperwork, • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, • Follow Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules using an electronic logging device (ELD), • Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance issues promptly, • Work closely with team members, customers, and leadership, • Follow company safety policies and wear required PPE, • Assist with unloading and equipment cleanup upon return to the distribution center, • Report accidents, violations, or vehicle defects as required, • Perform other duties as assignedRequirements, • High school diploma or GED, • At least 1 year of verified commercial vehicle driving experience in the past 3 years, • Minimum 6 months of experience loading, securing, and unloading cargo, • Valid Class C driver’s license (or appropriate equivalent) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
