Job Description Reports to: Field Service Manager Cooperates with: All Departments Primary Responsibility: This position is responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new SCR equipment; preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing SCR equipment; and telephone customer support. The Field Service Technician also prepares reports documenting the work performed and the performance of the equipment. The Field Service Technician typically works in a non-smoking environment.
