We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, long-term Executive Assistant to work closely with our leadership team—including the President, CEO, and Owner. This position is ideal for a recent law graduate or a law student nearing completion who is looking to build a meaningful, impactful career in real estate, housing, and property law. In this role, you will be trusted with high-level administrative responsibilities, including managing executive calendars, preparing legal and business reports, coordinating travel, and assisting in strategic decision-making. Your legal background will be especially valuable in supporting document review, compliance tracking, and communication with stakeholders and public agencies. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
