Who We Are VITURE is the #1 XR glasses brand in the US — and we got here in just four years, making us the fastest-growing startup in smart glasses. Now we're building what comes next: the first great AI interface you wear, not hold. We blend spatial computing, real-time AI, and beautiful industrial design into intelligent eyewear you'd actually want to wear every day. Our mission: build the future of wearable intelligence — technology that feels personal, intuitive, and indispensable. We're a cross-disciplinary team shipping at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. Ideal Candidate VITURE is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of human–computer interaction in the XR and AI space. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that seamlessly bridge hardware, software, and immersive environments. If you’re passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences and pushing the boundaries of XR and AI design, we’d love to hear from you. Role Description This is an exempt, full-time, salaried position based in Cupertino, CA. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of VITURE’s digital products and interfaces, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with our brand and technology vision. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create experiences that bridge hardware and software, from conceptual exploration to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready designs. Responsibilities • Own the full design experience for VITURE's intelligent eyewear and platform — from the first sketch on a whiteboard to the final pixel in production. This is a hands-on role; you will be doing the work, not just directing it., • Lead the end-to-end design process with speed and craft — user research, wireframing, rapid prototyping, high-fidelity visual design, interaction design, and production-ready documentation. You set the bar, then clear it., • Drive design decisions with conviction — synthesize product requirements, AI capabilities, hardware constraints, brand identity, and user insights into elegant, functional solutions. Push back when necessary. Advocate for the user, always., • Design for the AI-native frontier — craft conversational interfaces, smart notifications, contextual overlays, and multimodal input/output experiences for wearable displays where the interface must feel invisible, not intrusive., • Invent new interaction paradigms for voice, gesture, gaze/eye tracking, and touch on wearable AI devices — going beyond convention when convention isn't enough., • Build and own a world-class design system — Figma components, interaction patterns, motion principles, and design tokens — that brings coherence, consistency, and quality to everything VITURE ships., • Own user research and usability testing — define the questions, run the sessions, synthesize the findings, and close the loop directly into design iteration. Don't just gather feedback; act on it., • Create advanced prototypes for 3D, spatial, and conversational interfaces using ProtoPie, Principle, Framer, or equivalent — high-fidelity enough that engineers know exactly what to build., • Embed directly with engineering and product to own design integrity through implementation — not just handing off specs, but staying in the build, catching regressions, defending decisions, and ensuring what ships matches what was designed, without compromise., • Raise the bar for the entire team — mentor junior designers through structured critique and design reviews, and model the standard of craft, rigor, and care that defines VITURE's design culture. Qualifications A strong, viewable portfolio is required — please include a link or access instructions in your application. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered. • Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field., • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably with experience in consumer electronics, AR/VR, or digital product ecosystems., • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design., • Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, variables, and design tokens — with experience building and maintaining scalable design systems., • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility, typography, color theory, and motion principles., • Comfortable using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Framer AI, Galileo AI, Figma AI) to accelerate workflow and explore design directions faster., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams., • Experience designing for wearable devices, AR/VR, or spatial computing interfaces preferred., • Product-minded with a refined aesthetic sensibility and high standards for craft — you care deeply about the quality and polish of what you ship, not just whether it works. What We Offer • Define and build the next-generation AI glasses platform — a front-row seat to shaping how people interact with wearable intelligence, • An AI Native working environment — AI is deeply integrated into our workflows, tools, and product development, so you work alongside cutting-edge AI every day, not just build it, • A sharp, full-stack team that thinks from first principles and ships with speed, • Competitive compensation package including base salary ($165K–$210K), discretionary bonus, and equity — with total compensation determined by candidate level, experience, and qualifications. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match., • Flexible schedule, PTO, sick leave, and parental leave, • Collaborative, inclusive, design-driven culture VITURE is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
