He/she performs various audits to include but not be limited to expense reports, credit card invoicing and cash advances. This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments, journals, and expenditures. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that organizational finances are accurate and up to date. The Accounting clerk accurately maintains various financial records and documentation and acts as support and backup to other members of the Finance and Administration team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS • Collect, analyze, and record information for allocation of costs to operating facilities., • Audit expense reports and cash advances., • Audit and record petty cash reimbursements., • Prepare journal entries related to the agency’s accounts, cash management, deposits, and expense reporting., • Prepare and journalize invoices to Community Based Care organizations, • Prepare and pay monthly/quarterly sales tax, • Track and record Gift in Kind inventory, • Track and maintain records related to restricted gift donations and expenditures, • Prepare monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, • Maintains account files to include documentation of all journal entries and expense reports., • Prepare and collect supporting documents for monthly closes, financial statement footnotes and external auditors., • Prepare various reports as required on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis., • Prepare payments for benefit plans (insurance, annuity etc.)., • Assist in processing and distribution of annual 1099’s., • Maintain and update fixed asset records as required., • Support finance team members., • Maintain and conduct all matters in a highly confidential manner., • Practice proactive and effective identification and resolution of problems., • Perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or current student studying accounting, • In lieu of a degree, 3-5 years’ professional experience in accounting or finance, • Non-profit organization experience preferred** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS • Advanced computer and systems skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. We have a variety of prep roles available, depending on your experience - look below to see what you'll be doing to help us get our low-mileage, late-model cars ready for our customers: • Entry-Level Prepper (min 1 year professional experience): perform light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, single panel repair (including Bondo repair), and minor plastic welding, • Mid-Level Prepper (min 3-5 years professional experience): perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, stud welding, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair), • Auto Body roles: Paint, Prep/Body work, Wheel Repair, Airbrush, Interior Repair, Glass Repair, and PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) roles, • Auto Technician/Mechanic roles: Lube and Oil, Inspection, Brake and Tire, Mechanical Repair / Build, and Master Technician roles, • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. About The Role: As a Lead Engineer, you will primarily support our Civil Department with land development and civil engineering practices for electrical substations and transmission line right-of-way. This role will also play a pivotal part in developing and growing our Civil Department in other regional offices. What You Will Be Doing: * Oversight of electrical substation civil design including permitting support, site layout, grading design, retaining wall design, stormwater analysis, containment structure design, survey coordination, and civil construction support * Review civil construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules * Provide support for transmission line right-of-way access improvement design including culvert sizing, stormwater drainage analysis, stabilization specification, construction support, and inspection * Assist with analyzing the design for various civil elements related to high-voltage power transmission and substation design * Partner with clients, vendors, permitting agencies, and various other team members and stakeholders to see projects through to completion What You Bring: * Bachelor’s in Engineering (required) * Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required) * 10+ years of related engineering experience, whether through consulting or working for an electric utility (required) * Project management experience (preferred) * Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets * Experience in civil design work experience related to: 69kV/115kV/138kV/230kV/345kV/500kV electrical substations and/or electrical switchyards including: site grading, drainage analysis, detention basin design, structural foundation, retaining wall design, geotechnical analysis, pavement design, SPCC design, SW3P design, wetland access roads, and security fencing (highly preferred) * Technical knowledge of design codes and software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and stormwater analysis programs) * Understanding of basic practices for evaluating engineering and design issues * Mindset for developing better alternatives and recommendations related to the civil group (i.e.: structure, processes, software, etc.) with the ability to communicate and apply them accordingly * Ability to work in a safe manner and always obey safety regulations * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) * Exposure to transmission, substation, environmental, right-of-way, construction, and maintenance stakeholders * Ability to use a collaborative approach when working with peers or clients * Demonstrate a high level of comfort with sharing knowledge freely * Ability to identify relevant metrics and ability to apply them to the business, our clients, and projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment &/or independently * Ability to think creatively as it relates to engineering innovation and solutions * Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly agile environment * Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy So...Why Join Us?
