Job Description Service Valet/Cashier- Mazda Lakeland Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 12 dealerships serving the Central Florida market, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. Our Buy Smart – Be Happy® brand promises include Our Best Price First, Pure and Simple® and Commission-Free Sales. We are looking for customer-focused individual to assist in our service department. This individual will assist around the department as a service valet, cashier, and any other additional tasks needed by the manager. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Contact customers after service visits to check on experience, • Manage customer experience while in the dealership for service, • Customer status updates, • Check out customers when completing loaner agreements, • Assist in check out process, • Shuttling customers when needed, • Assist and port vehicles on Service Drive as needed, • Computes customer bills, • Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received, • Makes change and issues receipts to customers, • Reconciles cash drawer daily, • Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refer them to someone who can, • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution, • Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed, • Maintains a professional appearance, • Keeps work area neat and clean, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once, • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, • Professional demeanor and appearance, • Prior sales/customer service experience a plus, • Ability to learn and operate various computer programs., • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Reliable Transportation, • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, • 401(k) & 401(k) Matching, • Employee Assistance Program, • Health Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vison Insurance, • Life Insurance, • Flexible Spending Account, • Paid Time Off After 6 months, • Referral Program
