Integrations Product Manager Product & Engineering | Denver, CO | Full-time Reports to: Piers Symons, COO & Co-Founder About Earlytrade Earlytrade is a B2B fintech company built for the construction industry. We help general contractors and subcontractors improve cash flow through a platform that gives subcontractors more control over when they get paid and on what terms. We’re building more than integrations. We’re building distribution, embedded product surface area, and strategic control over where Earlytrade shows up in the customer workflow. This role is for someone who wants to sit at the center of that: shaping the roadmap, owning critical partner relationships, and turning external connectivity into adoption, leverage, and competitive advantage. The Role We’re hiring a senior Integrations Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of Earlytrade’s integration program, from partner discovery and technical scoping through roadmap decisions, launch, and post-live performance. This is a product and program leadership role at the center of one of our most strategic surfaces: turning partner connectivity, embedded workflow presence, and external relationships into real customer value and commercial leverage. You will be the connective tissue between our engineering team building integrations, our partners negotiating connectivity agreements, our marketing and sales teams enabling the commercial story, and our implementation team activating customers on live integrations. Immediate priorities include supporting active integration development with ERP platforms already in progress, and taking point on the product and program management of our construction project management platform partnerships currently in the pipeline. The integration roadmap beyond that is yours to shape, including how Earlytrade balances native engineering work, partner capabilities, and future platform options as the ecosystem expands. What You’ll Own • The integration roadmap that determines where Earlytrade connects, embeds, and creates leverage across ERP, project-management, AP, and partner ecosystems, • Partner-facing integration strategies that translate external connectivity into real adoption, embedded workflow presence, and commercial advantage, • Technical and product specifications for each integration, • Embedded integration opportunities where customers can initiate or manage Earlytrade workflows from inside their ERP, project management, or AP tooling rather than switching to a separate product surface, • External partner relationship management at the technical and product level, • Cross-functional launch coordination across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer implementation, • Partner integration performance monitoring: adoption metrics, error rates, customer satisfaction, and escalation management post-launch, • Internal documentation and enablement assets, • A scalable integration program framework that can support an expanding partner ecosystem Responsibilities • Lead technical discovery with partner organizations: assess API, webhook, file-exchange, and embedded integration capabilities; evaluate documentation quality; identify data model gaps; and define the realistic scope of each integration, • Translate partner and customer requirements into clear engineering specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, field mapping documents, operational requirements, embedded workflow requirements, and integration architecture briefs, • Serve as the primary product point of contact for the engineering integrations team, • Support Piers and executive leadership in partner agreement negotiations by providing technical scope documentation, capability assessments, and integration timeline estimates, • Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner-facing positioning, co-marketing assets, and sales enablement materials for each integration, • Coordinate with the Customer Implementation team to ensure smooth customer activation on live integrations, including onboarding documentation, configuration guides, and escalation paths, • Own integration release planning: define go-live criteria, manage stakeholder sign-off, coordinate launch communications, and oversee post-launch monitoring, • Maintain a live integration registry: current status, delivery mode, known limitations, field coverage, authentication model, partner contacts, and customer adoption data for every integration in production or development, • Identify and escalate integration risks early, • Evaluate when embedded integration is the right product move: where Earlytrade should appear inside a partner workflow, what actions should be available there, and where a deeper native Earlytrade experience should still remain the source of truth, • Stay current on the product roadmaps and integration capabilities and make sound calls on when a partner is ready for production-grade delivery vs. when a lighter-weight or future-phase approach is warranted, • Act as a trusted day-to-day counterpart for partner teams’ post-signature, coordinating follow-through on scope, timelines, launch readiness, and ongoing health once an integration is live Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role, with at least 3 years focused on B2B software integrations, APIs, or platform partnerships, • Demonstrated experience owning the full integration lifecycle, from technical discovery and requirements through launch and post-live performance management, • Strong integration literacy: you can read technical documentation, understand REST APIs, webhooks, authentication models, common file-based exchange patterns, and embedded integration concepts, assess data model compatibility, and write clear field mapping specifications without engineering support, • Experience working directly with ERP systems commonly used in construction, real estate, or mid-market enterprise environments, understanding their data structures, workflow logic, and integration constraints, • Proven ability to write engineering-ready product specifications, • Strong understanding of how integration delivery differs across API-first partners, webhook-driven partners, file or batch-based partner workflows, and embedded product experiences inside third-party systems, • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, • Experience supporting or participating in commercial partner negotiations, you understand the relationship between technical scope and commercial terms, • Strong external stakeholder management skills, with the judgment to build trust, handle ambiguity, and keep partner relationships productive through technical and delivery challenges, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can translate technical complexity into clear business language for partners, executives, and go-to-market teams, • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities shift, processes are being built for the first time, and the role expands to fill the need Preferred Qualifications • Direct hands-on experience with ERP platforms used in the construction industry (e.g. accounting, job cost, project management, or subcontractor management systems), • Familiarity with construction project management, cost management, or document control platform APIs, • Experience with AP automation, payment processing, or accounts payable workflow platforms at a product or program level, • Background in fintech, payments, or supply chain finance, particularly in products where financial data integrity across integration boundaries is non-negotiable, • Experience defining embedded product experiences inside partner platforms, such as launching workflows, surfacing status, or enabling action-taking from within an ERP or project-management environment, • Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or equivalent) as a product evaluator or program owner, • Familiarity with OAuth2, API key management, webhook architecture, and file-based integration patterns at the product specification level, • Experience building or managing a partner integration program at a startup or scale-up, including integration prioritization frameworks and partner tiering models Technical Context You’ll Work Within • Current Engineering Platform: Java 17 + Spring Boot + Apache Camel, • Data & Persistence: PostgreSQL, shared domain concepts, field mapping, and migration-aware delivery, • Integration Styles Today: REST APIs, webhooks, file or batch-based exchange patterns including CSV, XML, and spreadsheet-driven workflows, plus embedded integration opportunities within partner systems, • Partner Surface Area: ERP, project management, AP automation, and construction operations platforms, • Delivery Context: AWS-hosted services, Bitbucket Pipelines, production monitoring, and cross-functional launch coordination How You’ll Work • Day-to-day with: Engineering, • Partner negotiation support with: Piers Symons (COO & Co-Founder), • External relationship management with: Partner product, partnerships, implementation, and technical teams, • Partner positioning, co-marketing, and sales enablement with: Marketing, • Integration-driven deal support and competitive positioning with: Sales, • Customer activation and onboarding coordination with:
