A prestigious law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional real estate practice in Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements., • Handle acquisitions and dispositions involving commercial real estate assets nationwide., • Structure and negotiate leasing agreements for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties., • Assist clients with commercial real estate financing transactions., • Support real estate development projects and related legal matters., • Participate in land use, zoning, and permitting processes., • Conduct due diligence reviews for acquisitions, financings, and development projects., • Coordinate transaction closings and related documentation., • Collaborate with clients, lenders, developers, investors, and internal legal teams., • Provide practical legal advice regarding commercial real estate strategies and risk management. Qualifications • 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience., • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or financing transactions., • Strong drafting and negotiation abilities., • Excellent written communication and analytical skills., • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities., • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously., • Strong academic credentials., • Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal environment.
