Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in our manufacturing facility, • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance, • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems in various systems, including control panels, motors, and PLCs, • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals, • Program and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automated systems, • Design, install, and modify control panels for various manufacturing processes, • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies, • Collaborate with other maintenance teams and production staff to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance, • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history, • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements, • Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs during off-hours when necessary, • Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and process improvementsQualificationsRequired:, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent experience, • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance electrician, • Proficiency in working with control panels, PLCs, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems, • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and components, • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation, • Experience with industrial automation systems and equipment, • Familiarity with NFPA 70E and other relevant electrical safety standards, • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPreferred:, • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, • Additional certifications such as Master Electrician or Industrial Electrician, • Experience in aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing environments, • Knowledge of energy management systems and practices

Job Summary Skilled Wireman is responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring systems and associated components on commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects. Key Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to the following) Electrical Installation & Maintenance • Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, control devices, panelboards, and circuit protection equipment., • Route and pull electrical conductors and cables through conduit, walls, ceilings, and raceways., • Terminate and connect wires to electrical devices, switchgear, and control panels., • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools (multimeters, testers, etc.)., • Resolve complex wiring and electrical system issues in a timely manner., • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and safety standards., • Follow OSHA, company safety policies, and industry best practices., • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to plan and execute work., • Maintain accurate records of work performed (daily logs, reports)., • Work independently or as part of a multi-discipline crew., • Mentor and guide junior technicians or apprentices when needed. Education & Certification • High School Diploma or GED., • Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience., • Valid California Electrician’s Certification, Journeyman Wireman card, or equivalent (as required)., • Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a wireman/electrician in commercial, industrial, or residential work., • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals., • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities., • Knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift equipment as needed.

The Main Panel Upgrade Electrician is responsible for executing main panel replacements, upgrades, and relocations. Responsibilities: • Perform residential main panel upgrades from 100-400 amps up to code and safety standards, • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues efficiently, • Collect data and photos throughout each project and submit detailed work orders, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times, • Meet project timelines and stay within assigned budgets, • Professionally communicate with customers and address questions or concerns on-site, • Tie in and commission solar systems, • Review upcoming job photos and project plans ahead of scheduled MPUs, • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are ready and accurate, • Perform minor stucco and drywall repairs as needed post-installation, • Help with solar related services outside MPUs on days that no MPU is taking place Requirements and Qualifications: • Valid CA Journeyman Electrician License, • Minimum of 1 year of residential electrical experience, including main panel upgrades, • Strong understanding of NEC, electrical codes, and residential electrical systems, • Familiarity with solar system tie-ins and commissioning preferred, • Capable of working independently and problem-solving in the field, • Comfortable using technology for submitting work orders and project updates, • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation, • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and respectful demeanor toward customers, • Perform stucco and drywall repairs as needed post-installation
