Job Description Job Functions: • Live and embraces American Social Vision and Core Values, • Reports to work on time and prepared for the shift, • Follows all Image and Appearance standards, • Monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary, • Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks, etc, • Communicates with chefs and managers of low product levels and equipment problems, • Removes dishes, glassware and silverware from bus tubs to prepare for cleaning, • Communicates with other Team Members to prioritize which dishes, pans, etc. need to be cleaned first, • Ensures that dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen items are clean and sanitized, • Sorts clean silverware, glassware and dishes, • Ensures that clean supplies are available at all times, • Organizes and straightens dry storage and walk-in refrigerator, • Cleans and sanitizes work stations, utensils, floors, floor mats, dumpsters, and equipment, • Transports boxes and trash bags from kitchen, dish area, etc., to dumpsters, • Distributes trash cans to kitchen, dish area, etc., • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and other areas, • Assist Chef in portioning, prepping, an cooking as needed, • Assists other employees as needed, • Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employees, • Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures, • Provide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shift, • Is prepared to conduct weekly maintenance duties, • Complete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managers Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 years of age, • Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM, • Works assigned scheduled shifts, • Food handling certificate required, • Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write, • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy, • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level, • Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet, • Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift, • Able to tolerate prolonged exposure to cold and hot temps (below 40°ree; F and above 140°ree; F), • Able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment, • Able to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals several times throughout shift., • Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
