Qualification: • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the manufacturing and/or National Systems Integrator space., • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills., • Strong understanding of the security industry, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language being a valuable asset (especially Korean or Spanish)., • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers., • The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals., • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions., • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology., • Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60% of the time.
