Under the direction of the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, the Safety Specialist is responsible to inspect work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety policies and regulations. This position will work to create and enforce a culture of safety within Barry Callebaut. Responsibilities also include documenting safety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures and recommending corrective procedures, and maintaining safety equipment supply and availability. Act as site contact for EHS related matters. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) functions as a clinically competent practitioner providing respiratory care to patients with emergency, acute, and critical care needs.
