Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this position will have direct oversight for Care Compass Behavioral Health Programs that aim to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for adults with Medicaid who have a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) diagnosis, are high utilizers of care, as well as other cohorts of individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use diagnoses. We are seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the Care Compass regional behavioral health initiatives, including but not limited to: overseeing the development and operations of a holistic navigation support system that integrates clinical and social care at the point of navigation and supporting implementation of and successful performance of Care Compass-sponsored behavioral health investments in community-based and health system services. This role will also provide strategic oversight and technical assistance for broader behavioral health investments over a five-year horizon, ensuring sustainability and impact across the region. Reporting to Fabrication Manager, this person will be responsible for and have primary focus to safely bend standard sizes and radii of elbows/sweeps and safely package finished product in proper quantities for shipment, keep work area’s safe, clean & organized. The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience, and able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. What you’ll do: Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Complete QA and Work Order paperwork correctly and accurately, • Produce quality swedge and repair couplings that meet or exceed QA specifications, • Responsible for testing and measuring product to ensure that products are made in conformance with required specifications.
