Job Description Position Summary: Collins Building Services (CBS) is seeking an experienced, highly organized Building Manager to oversee daily facilities operations for a portfolio of 11 academic buildings in a college campus setting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and efficiency across janitorial and trades functions. The Building Manager will serve as the primary liaison between CBS and campus departments and will work closely with union staff, vendors, engineering, and key university stakeholders. Job Description The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional / QIDP is responsible to assist and ensure the overall operations and services are being delivered according to state and federal regulations, agency policy and procedure and according to the agency’s mission. The role of the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional / QIDP is responsible to assist in the overall coordinating and managing the overall person-centered services for assigned individuals. The Qualified Individual Disability Professional (QIDP) serves to provide leadership, direction, and training in order to supervise the overall development of a specific program. QIDP also supervises the rehabilitation of persons with developmental disabilities. Utilizing the Interdisciplinary Team approach, develop implementation strategies which outline services and supports for individuals so they may work towards the outcomes detailed in their Personal Plan. The QIDP supervises the treatment process in the assigned residences, ensuring implementation of team recommendations by all members of the Interdisciplinary Team. The QIDP is responsible for ensuring service provision by all disciplines represented on the treatment team. The QIDP meets routinely with other Team Clinicians for coordination and integration of services. The QIDP coordinates with the Residential Manager(s) and staff. The QIDP monitors provision of individual and group program services as well as the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu which is conductive to residents' health and wellbeing. The QIDP ensures provision of integrated services to individuals by fostering within each Team an awareness of the need for service integration; Coordinating service delivery and planning activities with day program services; and Monitoring service provision by agency clinical staff, consultants and community-based vendors, ensuring services are in accordance with IDT treatment recommendations. The QIDP ensures provision of a therapeutic environment through regular review of employee work schedules and performance, initiating corrective actions when necessary to ensure provision of coverage levels consistent with the treatment needs of the individuals and regular monitoring of the program setting to ensure maintenance of an atmosphere conducive to individuals' development and well-being, where the rights of each individual are upheld and respected. The Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M), monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing various treatment plants. These may include groundwater treatment plants, wastewater pretreatment/treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants, soil vapor extraction/air sparge (SVE/AS) systems, or other treatment plants. The Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for general plant and property maintenance and implementation of onsite safety and quality control. Benefits: • Our full-time employees are eligible for an outstanding benefits package that consists of medical, dental, vision, life / disability insurance and 401k with match., • Perform Treatment Plant O&M in accordance with prescribed requirements including discharge permit requirements., • Perform instrument calibration/measurement/data recording for operating parameters., • Collect process samples to be shipped for laboratory analysis., • Perform routine maintenance items such as filter changeouts, carbon backwashing, carbon or other media changeouts, pump and motor servicing, and/or any other routine maintenance required., • Respond to system call-outs as required within 4 hours to keep the treatment plants running continuously., • Perform/oversee routine site maintenance including limited mowing and snow removal., • Treat water generating from construction dewatering events., • Perform troubleshooting activities. Assist with repairs and treatment plant upgrades or modifications., • Prepare daily reports to be emailed to the Project Manager., • Prepare monthly reports including discharge monitoring reports, • Oversee onsite activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations., • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory., • Assist in generating Request for Information and Change Order documents, including labor and materials costs for necessary maintenance., • Prepare internal reports pertaining to job status., • Oversee subcontractors, • Familiarity/experience with operation/control of:, • Remote recovery wells, • Air Stripping, • Bag Filtration, • GAC filtration, • Advance oxidation process (AOP), • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training., • Licensed Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator., • OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER Training preferred., • Basic mechanical skills to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs on groundwater extraction and treatment system components., • Ability to work in the field on hazardous waste sites., • Must be able to occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds., • Must be a US citizen and can obtain security clearance/badges for access to secure military installations., • Must possess valid US driver’s license and good driving record.
