Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to lead and manage the full employee lifecycle-from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration, payroll support, and employee relations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. The person will play a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture while working closely with ADP TotalSource to support payroll, benefits, and compliance administration. Key Responsibilities Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding • Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews, • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless new hire experience, • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentationEmployee Relations, • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, • Mediate conflicts and address workplace issues promptly and professionally, • Partner with leadership to maintain a respectful and inclusive environmentBenefits & Compensation, • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), • Provide payroll support in partnership with ADP TotalSource, • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related inquiriesPerformance Management, • Support and guide performance evaluation processes, • Assist managers and employees with goal-setting and professional development planning, • Provide coaching and feedback to drive engagement and productivityTraining & Development, • Identify organizational training needs, • Coordinate workshops, learning initiatives, and professional development programsCompliance, • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practicesPolicy Implementation, • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, • Recommend improvements to policies to align with organizational growth and strategyHR Data & Systems, • Manage HR information systems (HRIS), • Maintain accurate employee records and reportingEssential Skills & Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Proven problem-solving and mediation abilities, • Ability to balance empathy with consistent policy enforcement, • Experience working with outsourced HR/payroll platforms (ADP TotalSource preferred)Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
