Job Description Position Overview The Field Installation Supervisor plays a critical role in our post-sale operations and overall customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate field measurements, confirming orders meet installation specifications, and overseeing 1099 subcontractors to ensure all installations meet company and industry standards. Why Join Us * Make an immediate impact on customer experience and installation quality * Lead crews, own your projects, and see results every day * Work for a company that values professionalism, safety, and pride in workmanship Key Responsibilities * Visit residential customer sites to accurately measure window, door, and sliding glass door openings * Ensure all orders meet required installation specifications, including complete material and labor requirements * Provide accurate measurements and assessments to support pricing and ordering processes * Review installation plans and processes with customers * Guide and oversee installation crews to ensure compliance with company and industry standards * Coordinate with the installation scheduling department to support timely installations * Perform routine job site inspections and final walkthroughs with customers * Complete punch-list items, obtain signed project completion forms, and collect final balances * Assist the accounting department with collecting outstanding balances as needed * Perform light service work when required * Ensure contractors maintain safe job sites in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Verify all required safety training is completed * Conduct business with the highest ethical standards Performance Expectations * Maintain a measurement and ordering error rate of less than 2% * Achieve 100% customer satisfaction on all installation projects Key Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop teams * Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Highly detail-oriented and organized with exceptional follow-through * A top performer who instills pride in workmanship and motivates others to excel * Highly motivated, flexible, professional, and positive demeanor Required Education & Experience * Proven knowledge of window and door installation and service methods * OSHA, EPA, Installation Masters, or related certifications are a plus * Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor others * Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset * Ability to ensure compliance with written safety policies on every job Location: Long Island, NY Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
