Job Description Responsible for providing administrative support to leasing team members in the Philadelphia Corporate Office. Assist in the preparation and execution of weekly lease committee meetings. Principal Job Activities: • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars for leasing team members. Adjust travel arrangements as necessary., • Maintain business expense records and receipts for leasing team Process expense reports via Certify expense management system., • Oversee the preparation and execution of assigned lease committee packages in conjunction with lease committee administration team., • Compile, assemble, and distribute assigned leasing, • Assist with the preparation for bi-annual ICSC meetings as Includes coordinating travel arrangements and procuring supplies as needed., • Review, code, and submit office invoices for processing via Accounts Payable software Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in an executive, • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and, • Must be a confident and proactive self-starter who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management, • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
