Position Overview The Director of Specialized Philanthropic Programs plays a key leadership role in advancing Scouting America’s mission by strengthening and expanding national fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Development, this position provides strategic oversight of specialized fundraising units—including Gift Planning, Annual Giving, and Corporate & Foundation Relations—while fostering strong partnerships with local councils, national development staff, and volunteers.
