We are looking for an Import Logistics Expert to handle and support import shipment operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely import processes. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import shipments from origin to final destination Prepare and review import documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.) Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers Track shipments and provide status updates to customers Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures Resolve shipment issues and delays in a timely manner Maintain accurate records and reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus) With or without prior experience in import logistics or shipping Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
