What You'll Do: On this team, you will: • Design servers, develop and review board designs., • Collaborate with exceptional engineers developing cutting-edge AI/ML hardware, • Review JDM's high speed design, including reviewing signal integrity simulations, including running your own simulations, • Review power designs and work closely with power engineers, • Conduct schematics, board design and power design reviews, • Take design from concept to mass production, • Collaborate closely with others from the development teams to build a solid quality and high performance and reliable product, • Work closely with manufacturing teams, • Actively participate in architectural discussions and providing insightful hardware design recommendations, • At least 5 years of internal design experience developing complex hardware systems with high speed design interfaces, • Strong skills in electrical board design, • Solid experience with high speed interfaces, • Required experience working with interdisciplinary teams on product design from concept to production, and experience with server technologies like thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity are also required., • Excellent ability to negotiate and reach consensus with developers and fellow colleagues from interdisciplinary teams, as well as excellent documentation skills, • Strong understanding of latest PCB, PCBA and system assembly manufacturing capabilities, including testing., • Strong debug skills of complex issues, • Experience in the hyperscaler space, specifically GPU systems, • Prior experience with ODM/JDM design model, • 10+ years of hardware development experience with a focus on servers, • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
