Responsibilities • Operate various manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, ensuring proper usage and safety standards are maintained, • Assist with mechanical assembly tasks by interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments to meet specifications, • Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and material movement to support production flow, • Use forklifts safely to transport raw materials and finished products within the facility, • Follow safety protocols rigorously, adhering to all safety standards in production environments, • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements in manufacturing procedures, • Interpret production documents, work orders, and technical instructions accurately to ensure quality and compliance Skills • Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of production processes, • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments effectively, • Experience with assembly line operations and managing or supporting production teams, • Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles and safety protocol adherence, • Ability to interpret technical drawings and technical documentation accurately, • Skilled in using measuring instruments for quality control purposes, • Physical capability for manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking, • Technical proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment Join our team today if you’re ready to bring your hands-on skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to a dynamic manufacturing environment!
