This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for: • Driving membership sales conversion of 25%, • Building and leading a high-performing front desk sales and therapist team, • Owning KPIs, labor efficiency, and guest experience, • Scaling a membership-based business with discipline and precisionYou will run the retreat like a businessnot a shift. What Youll Own (Key Outcomes) First 30 Days Foundation & Mastery • Assess team performance and identify skill gaps, • Establish daily, weekly, monthly scorecards, • Consistently hit or exceed:, • 2535% membership conversion, • 99% retention, • Implement structured roleplay sales rehearsal & service training, • Optimize therapist and front desk scheduling to maximize room utilization, • Recruit and onboard:, • 20 Massage Therapists, • Front Desk Sales Associates to support growth, • Launch retention initiatives that reduce churn & 2535% membership conversion, • Conduct monthly quarterly performance reviews with growth plans, • Build a performance-driven team culture, • Develop an internal leadership bench (Assistant Manager / Lead), • Contribute insights to annual budget and forecasting, • Drive consistent revenue and operational growth, • Membership Conversion: 25-35%, • Retention Rate: 99%, • Massage Therapist Rebook% (60%), • Front Desk Prospect Conversion% (25%), • Guest Satisfaction (NPS & Surveys), • Employee Culture Engagement & Retention, • Balancing exceptional service with aggressive sales execution, • Turnaround challenging role building from the ground up, • Recruit Massage therapist to maintaining profitability, • Must love Tacos., • Have to be competitive & result driven, • Loves Numbers, Scorecards, and Accountability, • Enjoys coaching teams to win, • Takes ownership of resultsgood or bad, • Is energized by growth and challenge, • 15 years of sales leadership experience, • Proven success in sales-driven, KPI-based environments, • Strong coaching and people leadership skills, • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, • $17$25 per hour, based on experience and performance
