Position Overview Rapha Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our onsite primary care team in Fayetteville. This role focuses on comprehensive family and internal medicine and is ideal for clinicians who value continuity of care, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term community impact. Target start date is immediate. Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, with no routine evenings or weekends. Clinical Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients, • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, • Deliver preventive, whole-person, and relationship-based care, • Perform basic clinical procedures and diagnostics, including X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and related services, • Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR, • Collaborate closely with physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinical staff, • Average of 25 patients per provider per day, • Approximately 6,000 active patients, • Emphasis on continuity and relationship-based care, • Supportive, provider-focused team culture, • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active North Carolina licensure, • Primary care experience preferred in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, • Ability to practice independently within established clinical standards, • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills, • Mission-driven and community-minded, • Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered, • Strong communicator who values continuity of care, • Salary range of $95,000–$118,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, • Productivity and quality incentives, • Sign-on bonus potential, • CME support, • Loan repayment discussion, • Relocation assistance as applicable, • Retirement options, • Vision and dental coverage, • Paid vacation Providers at Rapha Health experience clinical independence, flexibility, and the ability to spend meaningful time with patients.
