We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across two sites, leading a team responsible for inventory management, truck replenishment, and supply logistics. This hands-on leadership role will shape warehouse processes, develop people, and ensure technicians always have what they need to deliver first-class service. What’s in it for you • A leadership role with real impact across two warehouse locations supporting a high-performing service operation, • A culture that values growth, accountability, kindness, and doing the right thing, • The chance to build systems, coach a capable team, and deliver operational excellence, • $115,000 to 125,000 base salary plus up to 20% bonus, • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (company-paid), • 401k with company match, Paid Time Off, and professional development opportunities through Nexstar, conferences, and coaching You’ll be responsible for • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability, • Leading and developing Warehouse Leads, Material Experts, and Parts Runners, • Managing inventory control, serialized equipment tracking, and replenishment schedules, • Driving continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve technician productivity, • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and service teams to meet business needs, • Tracking and reporting key warehouse performance metrics to senior leadership You’ll need • 3+ years of warehouse experience, • Proven ability to manage people, processes, and inventory systems, • Strong coaching and communication skills with a “Can Do” mindset, • Experience in a home services or trade environment preferred, • Familiarity with inventory management software (ServiceTitan experience a plus), • A commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement Location of the Warehouse Manager Based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Standard hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel between warehouse sites as needed.
