About the Role The Manager of Clinical Operations will direct all clinical activities on a day-to-day basis throughout our client's Manhattan facilities. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and carries responsibility for optimizing patient flow, upholding healthcare regulatory compliance, providing leadership to clinical personnel, and executing the organization's strategic initiatives. Primary objectives encompass standardizing processes across multiple facilities, enhancing communication channels for both team members and patients, and refining their communications technology platform. This role will establish uniform protocols across all sites, elevate patient satisfaction metrics, and strengthen team member engagement. Primary Duties • Direct day-to-day clinical functions across all facilities, encompassing patient flow management, clinical processes, and team coordination, • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to medical assistants and nursing personnel, cultivating a cooperative and professional workplace culture, • Partner with physicians and clinical leadership to maintain superior standards of patient care and clinical outcomes, • Create, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, clinical guidelines, and regulatory compliance protocols, • Assess and enhance operational workflows to boost productivity, minimize inefficiencies, and elevate the patient experience, • Address staffing requirements, including recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives, • Track key performance indicators related to clinical operations and present regular updates to executive leadership, • Manage clinical supply inventory, equipment upkeep, and vendor partnerships, • Guarantee adherence to HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and additional relevant healthcare compliance requirements, • Act as the primary liaison between clinical teams and administrative departments to promote seamless coordination, • Champion patient safety protocols and quality enhancement initiatives throughout the practice The Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who is efficient, proactive, and possesses solid executive-level knowledge of the healthcare industry.
