The role is hands-on and focused on mechanical precision, clear documentation, and consistent service quality. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure instruments are serviced accurately and returned on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys lab-style work, mechanical problem-solving, and structured processes.
