Job DescriptionDescription: Overview We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Infill Specialist to join our team. As an Infill Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing and revitalizing properties for new home installations. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in an outdoor, team-oriented environment and enjoys a variety of construction and maintenance tasks. You'll be responsible for site preparation, utility installation, heavy equipment operation, and ensuring that our communities are clean, safe, and ready for residents. From clearing lots and installing utilities to pouring concrete and performing property walkthroughs, this role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical know-how, and a commitment to quality. You will work closely with other team members and departments, often serving as a liaison with contractors and supporting seasonal needs such as snow removal. What you’ll get to do As an Infill Specialist, you will: • Prepare lots for new homes by clearing old homes, trees, brush, and utilities, • Install essential utilities such as water, sewer, electric, and gas lines, • Pour concrete pads and repair gravel driveways and walkways, • Operate and maintain heavy equipment like tractors, backhoes, and trailers, • Keep grounds clean, pick-up trash, and assist with snow removal in the winter, • Track time, material usage, and maintenance tasks in property management software, • Oversee outside contractors when needed and ensure work meets company standards, • Perform regular property inspections to maintain community quality, • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment, • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team that works together to get the job done Requirements: Qualifications What we seek: • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions., • Day travel amongst several communities., • All paperwork done via tablet and cell phone., • 2+ years’ experience working in grounds, maintenance or construction., • Equipment operating and maintenance experience., • Interest in working in a Property Management company., • Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required., • Organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
