POSITION SUMMARY The Facilities Mechanic will be hands-on to do the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and have comprehensive mechanical aptitude. This role will need to regularly assist the facilities team in other capacities (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and general building maintenance). Salary Range for this opportunity is $24.00 - $26.00 per hour EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in experienced in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general building maintenance etc., • High school diploma/GED, • Must possess a current, clear and valid driver’s license., • The ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
