The exhibition will bring together paintings, sculptures, and objects to immerse visitors in the buzzing intellectual world of Counter-Reformation Europe where the senses took on significance as pathways towards a more profound knowledge of God or as gateways to vice. The Fellow will be involved in all aspects of exhibition preparation, including object research, loan requests and condition reporting, catalogue preparation, interpretive planning, and installation design and realization. The Fellow will be encouraged to do original research that will contribute to the exhibition’s publication and interpretation. Mellon Fellowships provide foundational training for individuals interested in curatorial careers and are designed to give the candidate a broad range of curatorial experience. Role Overview As a Behavior Technician at Elevated Kids, you play a meaningful, hands-on role in supporting young children and their families through engaging, play-based care in everyday environments. Training & Support At Elevated Kids, training is not a one-time event, its an ongoing, supportive process designed to help you feel confident and successful in your role. Our Clinical Quality & Empowerment (CQE) Team exists to ensure every BT feels prepared, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality, play-based care. Each BT is thoughtfully paired with a dedicated CQE coach who provides individualized guidance and encouragement. During your first 90 days, youll receive structured coaching focused on building confidence and fidelity in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). While the first 90 days provide a strong foundation, coaching does not stop there. Ongoing support, feedback, and skill refinement continue throughout your time at Elevated Kids, ensuring youre always growing and supported. In addition to CQE coaching, youll receive weekly, in-person clinical supervision from your supervising BCBA. Together, these layers of support ensure youre never working in isolation and always have access to feedback, problem-solving, and mentorship. A Day in the Life as a Summer Camp Behavior Technician Your day centers on play, connection, and inclusion in a vibrant, child-led summer camp environment where children learn and grow through exploration and shared experiences. You may begin your day welcoming campers and joining in morning activities, following childrens interests and creating opportunities for learning and connection throughout the camp day. Whether during group games, creative projects, outdoor play, or transitions between activities, youll support campers in ways that feel natural and engaging. Throughout the day, youll: • Work one-on-one with campers using play-based, naturalistic strategies, • Get on the floor, be silly, and build joyful connections that support learning and social engagement, • Create opportunities for skill-building within natural routines and everyday camp moments, • Support campers in participating meaningfully in group activities and peer interactions, • Support daily living skills such as toileting, eating, dressing, and participating in community outings, • Communicate with families and your team about progress, questions, and wins, • Receive daily support, feedback, and supervision from a BCBANo two days look exactly the same, but each day is grounded in play, collaboration, and support. Youll leave knowing your presence helped campers feel included, confident, and excited to return the next day.
