Job DescriptionMonster Laundry Title: Laundry Center AttendantLocation: 1603 F. Street, Sacramento, CA 95833Type: Hourly Monster Laundry is a self-service and wash-dry-fold-delivery full-service laundry center for individuals, families and businesses in the Sacramento area. The Laundry Center Attendant role reports into the laundry service department and has the overall responsibility of customer service, cleaning and processing wash-dry-fold orders. This role reports to the Laundry Center Manager. Responsibilities: · Provide customer support, cleaning and wash-dry-fold service· Receive, investigate and disposition customer complaints· Ensure the laundromat remains clean and safe· Maintain focused productivity and high quality while processing wash-dry-fold service· Clean laundromat equipment, premises and grounds· Forward potential new customers to the sales department Qualifications: · Consistently showing up to work· General understanding of customer service· High attention to detail while cleaning· Able to work 5-20 hours a week during operating hours· Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays· Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly· Good communication skills Benefits: · 401(k) Retirement Plan· Weekly washing/drying/products for 1 load (intended for personal use)· 5 sick days per year· Flexible hours

The Laundry Center Delivery Driver role reports into the laundry service department and has the overall responsibility of customer service, deliveries and cargo van stewardship. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities: • Provide customer support to our pickup and delivery customers, • Receive, investigate and disposition customer complaints, • Maintain a slow and steady approach to deliveries focused on safety, • Clean and maintain cargo van and maintain overall stewardship of vehicle, • Forward potential new customers to the sales department, • Drive delivery vehicle, • Load and unload products to be delivered, • Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly, • Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage, • Deliver items by the required delivery date and time, • Collect payment or get signatures for proof of delivery, • Ensure all items being delivered remain intact during transport and deliveryQualifications:, • General understanding of customer service, • Safe approach to delivery services, • High attention to detail while processing delivery orders, • Ability to safely lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 pounds), good physical stamina, dexterity to maneuver packages, and the capability to bend, stoop, and reach while loading and unloading deliveries, • Good communication skills, • A valid driver’s license, • Delivery driver experience greater than or equal to 12 months, • A clean driving record for the last 12 months, • A clean criminal record, • Able to work 5-20 hours a week during operating hours, • Able to work on Saturdays and SundaysBenefits:, • 401(k) Retirement Plan, • Weekly washing/drying/products up to $40 (intended for personal use), • 5 days paid sick leave (PSL) per year, • Flexible hours– EEO –
