Job Description Big Win: A servant leader who oversees all aspects of building operations for our Liquid Church Passaic County location. The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Campus Manager and also has dotted line reporting to the Facilities Director. The Campus Manager provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance management to ensure facility operations support the ministry priorities of the campus. The Facilities Director provides technical leadership by establishing facility standards, maintenance expectations, preventative maintenance plans, vendor standards, safety procedures, and long-term facility improvements. The Facilities Director also provides training, technical coaching, and support to ensure consistency across all Liquid Church campuses. The schedule includes providing facility readiness for Sunday and other events and coordinating campus maintenance and repairs for a total of 14 hours per week. The scheduled hours are primarily on Sunday and some Tuesday meeting attendance. The other hours are flexible. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Responsibilities The campus Facilities Coordinator (FC) is responsible for the following areas in order of priority. 1. Leadership Rhythm The Campus Manager, Facilities Coordinator, and Facilities Director will meet together monthly to review priorities, responsibilities, coaching, performance, upcoming projects, and overall facility operations. The Campus Manager and Facilities Coordinator will have a brief weekly touchpoint to review upcoming ministry activities, facility readiness, and execution priorities for the week. Coordinates and schedules outside vendors and contractors to perform work in the building and on church grounds In coordination with the Facilities Director, maintains annual contracts for cleaning, carpets, waste management, HVAC, Fire system, Security system, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Landscaping, Snow removal, Elevators, Pest Control, etc. In coordination with the Facilities Director, maintains a current list of service professionals to handle repairs in the areas of plumbing, electric, HVAC, painting, and construction. Develops a list of volunteers who can help in these areas. Performs an annual Preventative Maintenance Plan under the guidance of the Facilities Director Maintains documentation for Emergency Evacuation Plans, Building Emergency Plan, and Fire Safety Plan. Develops and updates a Refurbishment Plan, identifying areas that can be improved when funds are available and coordinates with the Facilities Director to handle the refurbishments. Responsible for working with nutritionists to improve patient's well-being by providing dietary support. Provides nutritional care and follows up with patients. Communicates patient's nutritional information appropriately to other health professionals. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Coordinates patient's meal plans with healthcare professionals and nutritionists. 2. Takes patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside. 3. Assists with meal selections while taking into consideration cultural and/or religious preferences. 4. Monitors patient meal tickets- this includes reviewing and modifying as needed to comply with prescribed diet order. 5. Processes new diets, changes, tube feedings and NPO orders efficiently while keeping accurate records. 6. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. 0-3 years of prior experience. Preferred: 1. Prior experience in a call center other healthcare setting preferred.
