The firm focuses on plaintiff-side litigation, handling complex matters involving personal injury, construction/labor law (including NY Labor Law claims), premises liability, and related high-exposure cases. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-paced litigation environment. What You’ll Do: Manage a caseload with increasing autonomy from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; handle depositions and court appearances Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation approach Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Participate in trial preparation and, where appropriate, trial work What We’re Looking For: Active license in New Jersey (required) 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side or defense) Experience with personal injury, labor law, or general liability litigation preferred Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage deadlines and move cases forward efficiently A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to grow as a litigator Interested in hearing more?
