Job Description BASIC FUNCTIONS The Operations Administrator contributes to the coordination of the Sales Department’s strategic and tactical plans. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations Manager on special projects, Account Management administrative functions, processes, metrics, and training. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. SPECIFIC DUTIES • Support special projects, such as improvement of delivery and quality metrics Support administrative activities with Sales so that Account Managers can focus on customer contacts. Examples include: help desk ticket management, sending general marketing information, entering contacts/leads, administrative documents, trackers, form completion, etc., • Perform activities as directed by Sales Operations Administrator related to Sales metrics, • Prepare, facilitate, and record training for all Sales personnel Including Sales training plans to onboard new Sales Assistants and Sales personnel., • Maintain Sales EPDS Manual., • Review and update policies and procedures for the Sales Dept., • Meet, coordinate, and support activities with other CTG Departments to ensure alignment on Sales and Operations objectives., • Monitor inbound PO’s and work with Sales to keep dates current/updated as needed., • Monitor RMA/RTV progress; work with sales employees to resolve all issues within the 30 day requirement., • Assess and measure effectiveness of processes, • Audit sales processes and work as needed, • Evaluate unforeseen/unplanned issues that arise with procedures and processes to determine the best course of action., • Maintain and update documents on the Sales team page on the Intranet., • Support the Sales department in OST meetings., • Support sales res during internal audits and when necessary during external audits., • Comply with all customer quality requirements., • Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies., • 0-3 years project management, supply chain and/or operations experience., • B.A. /B.S. from an accredited university desired, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred., • Defense and Aerospace experience preferred., • Experience with a QMS and process-driven environment., • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Flexible schedule, Parental leave, Professional development assistance., • Open door policy with executives., • Free catered lunch daily., • Annual corporate events.
