About the Company A Washington State Skilled Nursing provider is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse (Regional RN Consultant) to support 8-10 Skilled Nursing Facilities across the state. Promote consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance. Lead with accountability while maintaining a supportive, educational approach. Conduct frequent on-site visits across multiple facilities (heavy travel required). Mentor, coach, and uplift clinical leaders to drive strong team performance.
