Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Duties • Plan, direct, and manage the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the clinical components of the EHR system, • Serve as the primary liaison between clinical leadership, medical staff, operations, IT, and vendors to assess needs and translate them into system solutions, • Analyze existing workflows, systems, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and increased automation, • Establish priorities for system design, development, and enhancements based on organizational and clinical needs, • Supervise and support the EHR Support Specialist, including work assignment, guidance, and performance feedback, • Coordinate and oversee system builds, upgrades, interfaces, and modifications across clinical and operational platforms, • Manage system integrations and interfaces to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between applications, • Direct vendors, contractors, and technical staff during system changes, implementations, and issue resolution, • Design and maintain clinical data collection tools to support regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements, • Develop and execute system testing plans; participate in validation, go-live support, and post-implementation evaluation, • Prepare and maintain system documentation, reports, and presentations related to system changes, performance, and future initiatives, • Ensure system solutions support patient safety, clinical efficiency, and organizational standards Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The hiring range is between $92,000 - $110,000* per year. Qualifications Education: • 4+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis, healthcare business analysis, or related roles involving the design, implementation, or support of healthcare information systems.., • 3-5+ years of hands-on MEDENT experience in an ambulatory or multispecialty environment., • 2+ years of experience working with Epic EHR., • Experienced in independently building, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving EMR issues and in creating, modifying, and maintaining clinical, operational, and quality reports., • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical documentation, and regulatory requirements impacting electronic health records, • Proficiency in systems analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of clinical information systems, including interfaces and reporting, • Demonstrated ability to lead technical work, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with clinicians, leadership, vendors, and IT staff Grider Support Services, LLC. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
