We are seeking a Resource Family Recruiter to join our team. Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (Annually) We are seeking a Resource Family Recruiter to join our team. Your role will advance Cornerstones of Care's mission by cultivating a diverse and committed community of foster families. By building trusted relationships, sharing the story and impact of foster care, and supporting families through training and licensure, this role helps ensure children experience stability, connection, and traumainformed care in nurturing homes. As a member of the Kansas Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Director of Child Placing Agency. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Recruits new foster parents; including completing monthly recruitment plan, scheduling advertising, attending recruitment events and interviewing potential foster parents. May act as a consultant in matching intakes, • To meet and maintain agency strategies and goals as outlined by the Director and Executive Director, ensuring that both program and individual goals and objectives are achieved within prescribed timeframes, • To recruit Foster Family Resources that meet or exceed the quality standards of the program to ensure that every child placed in a Cornerstones of Care licensed foster home for 30 days or more has stability while in foster care Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of child welfare experience and the following: • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or other related fields preferred., • Foster parent experience preferred., • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives.
