Schedule/Location/Pay: • Full-time hybrid from Minnesota opportunity - requires frequent travel to Mendota Heights, MN and Rochester, MN, • Monday through Friday schedule, 8am-5pm, • Four weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year of employment, • Multiple options for health insurance coverage, • No-cost life insurance, • Short/long-term disability insurance, • 401k match, • NEW – Talkspace Therapy Benefit for the whole family, • NEW – Hinge Health Benefit for the whole family, • NEW – Carrot Fertility Benefit, • Continuous learning and training opportunities, • Advancement pathways and internal promotion, • Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and completion of required hire and payroll documentation., • Maintain accurate, confidential employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with regulatory and company standards., • Process employee lifecycle changes, including hires, promotions, transfers, pay changes, leaves of absence, and separations., • Support benefits administration by tracking eligibility, distributing information, and collecting benefit elections or waivers., • Administer and track Leaves of Absence, Workers’ Compensation, and disability cases; serve as liaison with internal and external partners while ensuring confidentiality and compliance., • Maintain employee training and licensure records and generate compliance and workforce reports using HRIS and related systems., • Assist with timekeeping and payroll activities, including employee education, audit of entries, and resolution of exceptions., • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee questions and concerns; partner with leadership and Home Office HR on employee relations and corrective action processes., • Support policy interpretation, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and union contracts, as applicable., • Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives., • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field., • Minimum of 3+ years’ general HR experience required., • Valid driver’s license required.
