Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT QA Software Tester to support validation and quality assurance for virtual care and monitoring platforms. This role focuses on testing web and mobile healthcare applications, validating integrations, and ensuring system readiness prior to release. The tester will design and execute test strategies, document manual test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and quality across IT systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, document, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile healthcare applications., • Define and perform product validation for new and modified systems., • Lead end-to-end validation activities across software, integrations, and hardware-supported capabilities., • Coordinate testing across multiple environments and ensure release readiness., • Identify, document, and support defect triage and root cause analysis., • Maintain test plans, regression test suites, validation documentation, and testing metrics., • Collaborate with developers, product teams, IT operations, and vendors to ensure system quality., • Support incident investigations by reproducing issues and validating suspected failure points., • Maintain test artifacts in test management tools (e.g., Quality Center). Required Skills & Experience • Experience testing vended applications and web/mobile platforms., • Strong experience in manual testing and test case documentation., • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management., • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes., • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies., • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents., • Ability to manage priorities across multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment., • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams. Preferred Skills • Experience with Aha! project development software., • Experience working in a healthcare IT environment., • Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Quality Center)., • Project management experience.
