Job Description We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. Responsibilities • Review and analyze system specifications, • Collaborate with the Application Development team to develop effective strategies and test plans, • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, • Evaluate product code according to specifications, • Create logs to document testing phases and defects, • Report bugs and errors to development teams, • Help troubleshoot issues, • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing, • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements • 6 years of relevant and progressive software development/testing, systems engineering and/or architecture experience., • Strong hands-on automation tester with experience working on different automation frameworks., • Exposure to Testing open shift application, • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft TFS Azure DevOps, • Knowledge and experience with Agile development and testing, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Ability to do multi-task effectively, • Knowledge on performance testing using JMeter is an advantage, • Strong automation skills with Core JAVA basics skills is a must, • Strong knowledge in Selenium, TestNG, BDD automation framework is must, • API testing experience is a must

This individual also provides mentoring and direct day-to-day supervision to level 1 positions., • Perform service and inspections based on NFPA 72 & NFPA 70 requirements., • Perform troubleshooting and describe them to owners and service managers for repairs., • Monitor and assure progress and completion of all assigned tasks., • Utilizing following tools: Multimeter, Tone Generator, Battery Tester., • Complete time sheets, service work orders, and other paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner., • Provide service support on existing installations ensuring systems continue to meet existing building codes., • Assist Sales team during estimating phase including potential product or system demonstrations., • May perform inspections from man lifts at elevations of 30 to 40 feet from ground level, as necessary., • Ability to obtain all required certifications (NICET Fire I and NICET Fire II)., • Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of a high school diploma., • 5+ years of Fire Alarm System service and inspections work experience required., • Working knowledge of the operational characteristics of Fire Alarm Systems., • Basic knowledge of following tools: Multimeter, Tone Generator, Battery Tester., • Basic mechanical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues., • An understanding of computer operating systems, including the MS Office Suite of products., • Clear and concise ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum of a high school diploma., • 7+ years of Fire System service and inspections work experience required., • Advance knowledge of the operational characteristics of Fire Alarm Systems., • Advance mechanical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues., • Knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 101, NFPA 70, NFPA 25, IBC., • An understanding of NFPA and other related fire and life safety codes., • Certifications NICET Fire I and/or NICET Fire II, • Certifications Edwards and/or Notifier Essential Job Functions: • Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc., • Be able to lift up to 50lbs., • Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites., • Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site., • Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive on company business., • Be physically able to kneel, stoop and crawl.
