Job Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage the end-to-end HR functions for our Medstat office in Arizona while being based out of our Pune center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations to foster a positive and productive work environment. 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for the Medstat office in Arizona, • Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, employment laws, and labor regulations, particularly in Arizona. The candidate should be well-versed in compliance requirements, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and best practices in hiring, onboarding, and workforce management within the U.S. context, • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and drive talent acquisition strategies, • Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent 2. Employee Relations & Engagement: • Function as a trusted HR partner to employees and management to promote a positive work culture, • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness and objectivity, • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities 3. HR Compliance & Legal Affairs: • Ensure compliance with all U.S. labor laws and employment regulations applicable in Arizona, • Maintain updated HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements, • Collaborate closely with legal teams on labor law issues, audits, and statutory requirements 4. Performance Management & Learning & Development: • Drive performance appraisal cycles and provide guidance on employee development plans, • Identify training needs and oversee learning & development initiatives, • Support leadership development and succession planning activities 5. HR Operations & Payroll Support: • Manage HRIS, employee records, and HR documentation, • Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing, • Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and reward programs 6. Culture & Diversity Initiatives: • Promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, • Drive initiatives that align with the company’s values and culture, • Support organizational change management strategies Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, • Administration, or a related field, • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, particularly in Arizona, and HR best practices, • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
