Built from the ground up, we’re a small, mighty team obsessed with making beauty personal. The Role I’m looking for a sharp, organized, deeply reliable Personal Assistant to support me (founder) across both Solante and my personal brand. You’ll be my right hand on Saturdays in-studio and my remote support during the week — keeping the business running smoothly so I can focus on growth, education, and creative direction. What You’ll Do In-studio Saturdays: • Greet and check in clients, manage the front-of-house vibe, • Restock stations, manage inventory, keep the studio camera-ready, • Support artists with day-of needs and client flow, • Capture content (BTS photos/videos) for socials when relevant Remote weekday hours: • Inbox and DM management across Solante + personal accounts, • Calendar coordination, scheduling, and travel booking, • Order supplies, manage vendor communication, • Light admin: invoicing prep, organizing files, follow-ups, • Support Academy operations (student onboarding, scheduling discovery calls), • Run errands, returns, and personal tasks as needed Who You Are • 1+ year in an assistant, coordinator, or operations role (beauty/wellness/creative industry a plus), • Hyper-organized, fast responder, anticipates needs before being asked, • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, HoneyBook, Canva, IG/TikTok, • Warm, professional, and discreet — you’ll see the inside of the business, • NYC-based, reliable Saturday availability, can be in Greenpoint, • Loves beauty/wellness culture and gets the boutique studio energy The Details • Part-time: ~15-20 hours, • Rate: $30-40/hr, • Start: ASAP
