Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop policies that support the business. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the full HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding., • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals., • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws., • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook., • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions., • Manage benefits programs., • Support managers in addressing performance and personnel issues., • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work culture., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or HR certification preferred)., • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role., • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices., • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills., • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite., • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills., • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality., • Hours: Full-time in office., • Salary: $80,000- $110,000 Per Year.
