What we want you to do: • Collaborates with management to develop programs to attract, develop, retain, and promote an inclusive workforce, • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer management, • Attending career fairs to assist with employer branding initiatives and enhance talent attraction efforts, • Maintain and update employee records, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation, • Assists with onboarding new hires and ensures required paperwork is complete and entered in the HRIS; answers questions and supports new hires during the onboarding process, • Provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, goals and objectives, • Serves as a partner to your client groups for all functional areas of HR to enhance the organization's culture and values, • Provides guidance and helps managers prepare for employee discussions as it relates to performance, conduct, and/or corrective action situations, • Manages and resolves complex employee relations; addresses concerns and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations escalations and disciplinary procedures, • Support management through all terminations including providing information to accounting for payroll, • Handles unemployment claims (process requests, participates in hearings, and resolves claims), • Ensures that existing practices are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures and with all applicable laws and regulations, • Partners with Senior Director HR to implement performance management, compensation and other strategic HR initiatives, • Oversees and ensures compliance for all employees; ensures required credentials are maintained and tracked in the HRIS, • Oversees Workers Compensation reporting and tracking What you must have: • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources and/or Talent Management, • Skills:, • Knowledge of ATS systems, Isolved preferred, • Knowledge of HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred, • Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting.
