Job DescriptionCarpenter Foreman – Commercial Construction (All Phases) Locations: Denver Metro area, Colorado Springs and Northern CO Pay: $30–$45/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40–50 hours/week Duration: Long-term work available Lead from the front. Build it right. We’re hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman to support active commercial construction projects in the Denver metro area and Boulder, CO. This role is ideal for a working foreman who can run crews, coordinate daily work, and still self‑perform carpentry across all phases of construction — from structure through interior finish. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a clipboard-only position. What you’ll be responsible for • Lead and direct a crew of journeyman carpenters and apprentices on commercial job sites, • Plan daily work, assign tasks, and maintain production and quality standards, • Perform and oversee all-phase carpentry:, • Layout, framing, backing, blocking, • Doors, frames, hardware support, • Punch list and closeout work, • Safety carpentry and temporary protection, • Read and interpret blueprints; assist with layout and sequence planning, • Coordinate with superintendents and other trades to keep work moving, • Enforce jobsite safety, quality, and professionalism standards Required • 6+ years commercial carpentry experience, • Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter or Carpenter Foreman, • Strong experience working on large commercial projects, • Experience performing all phases of commercial carpentry, • Ability to lead crews, train apprentice carpenters, and hold teams accountable, • Strong blueprint reading, layout, and problem-solving skills, • Experience working for large General Contractors, • OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 strongly preferred), • CITC, Union Apprenticeship, or equivalent formal training Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
