A Denver IP team is hiring a Trademark Associate Attorney (2–5 years) to manage global trademark strategy, U.S. and international prosecution, and enforcement (TTAB/UDRP). Strong writing skills required; AI-related IP knowledge is a plus—apply confidentially today. This Intellectual Property practice supports brand-driven clients with proactive portfolio development and decisive enforcement. The team values attorneys who combine technical trademark proficiency with practical business judgment—helping clients protect brand equity across jurisdictions, platforms, and evolving digital channels. In this role, you will build experience across counseling, prosecution, and disputes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to forward-looking IP initiatives where knowledge of emerging technology and AI-related trademark issues is increasingly relevant. By year-end, you could be leading portfolio segments, coordinating international prosecution strategy, and managing enforcement actions from initial monitoring through resolution—building the toolkit of a well-rounded trademark practitioner. Key Responsibilities As a Trademark Associate Attorney, you will: • Conduct trademark searches and analyze results to assess registrability and risk, • Develop and execute global trademark strategies aligned with business goals, • Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution, including filings and office action responses, • Engage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring, takedowns, and brand protection strategies, • Handle TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, and related disputes), • Draft and send demand letters and negotiate resolutions when appropriate, • Manage UDRP proceedings and other domain name disputes, • Collaborate with attorneys and client teams to deliver efficient, business-focused solutions Qualifications • 2–5 years of trademark experience (prosecution and/or enforcement), • Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plus, • Knowledge of AI developments in intellectual property is advantageous, • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Bar required), • Superior writing and communication skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment, • Foreign language skills valued but not required Culture & Firm Appeal This role offers a balanced, growth-oriented platform for associates who want meaningful work and modern benefits.
