As required, with direction from senior GRIP staff you will also research, source and create content for publication and/or broadcasting for our specialist information service. Because you will be a manager of our global repository of regulation, a US/Canadian law degree, deep experience in legal research and writing, and the ability to work independently are all critical. You will collaborate directly with a friendly and experienced team based in London, Stockholm and NYC. This role reports to the Head of Regulatory Content – US based in NYC. Job Description The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. The program also works to enhance systems level readiness by addressing jurisdictional planning and response gaps with healthcare partners and sister agencies at the city and state level. Job Description The Unaccompanied Children Program provides long term and transitional residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Children (UC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. PHS administers WholeYouNYC, a coordinated community resource network that builds trustworthy and reliable pathways between healthcare providers, health plans and CBOs providing critical resources in the community that address the social drivers of health. WholeYouNYC brings together over 200 organizations offering various programs – such as food, housing, employment, health insurance, and sexual health services – across all five boroughs. New York State (NYS) invested $500M statewide to support Social Care Network (SCN) lead entities responsible for integrating social care into the Medicaid program across the state. PHS’ WholeYouNYC was awarded the Social Care Network infrastructure grant for Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. This is a grant-funded position ending March 31, 2027. Position Summary: We seek a Community Engagement Specialist (CES) to assist in executing WholeYouNYC SCN community outreach and engagement activities across Brooklyn or Queens and Manhattan. The CES will play a critical role in ensuring that our WholeYouNYC SCN remains connected to the communities we serve and is responsive to its needs. As part of the SCN Community Outreach and Engagement Team, the CES will assist with community outreach events, listening sessions, and other engagement activities to ensure all New Yorkers who are Medicaid eligible receive the services they need.
